- You can continue with your other doctor's treatment, but we request you to keep us informed about this. Both the online Expert and your doctor need to be in the know about each other's treatment and medicines being consumed by you. We also strictly advise you not to self-medicate and start or withdraw any medicine without our Expert's prior consent.
What is the process for online treatment registration?
- The registration process for Online treatment is very simple. Go to the BOOK APPOINTMENT menu. Fill in the PATIENT REGISTRATION Form. Make payment of Rs.500 towards Registration. Fill in the consultation form (Online Consultation) sent to you and pay the required fee. Once we receive the filled form and the respective fee, we will create a case file for you on our database.
What is the consultation fee?
- We offer 3 different packages to suit your need, so that you can avail the most cost-effective treatment based on your requirement.
- Two Months Treatment Plan = Rs. 3,500
- Four Months Treatment Plan = Rs. 6,500
- Six Months Treatment Plan = Rs. 8,500 only
Constitutional medicines only will be delivered. If any other extra / accessory medicine is required, prescription will be served what is to be purchased from local medical store.
What are the payment terms and conditions?
- The payment should be made in full at the time of registration for the package opted by you. Payment once made is non-refundable.

- Do I have to make payments before or after the delivery of medicine?
You need to make payment while selecting the treatment plan. After successful payment, you can submit your case history, and based on your Expert's prescription, your medicines will be dispatched. You do not have to pay separately for your medicines. Their cost has been pre-included in the treatment plan.

What should I avoid eating or drinking when I am on homeopathic treatment?
Avoid consuming excessively sour food or beverages. Moderate sour flavor is alright. Also avoid the consumption of raw onions and garlic. Very strong flavors of any kind that linger in your mouth interfere with the action of homeopathic medicines. Two-three cups of coffee are allowed. Constant or repeated consumption of any food or beverage which results in lasting flavors in your mouth will interfere with the action of the homeopathic medicine. How long will this treatment take?
In most cases we are unable to provide you with a fixed time frame. Our experience shows that it is not always possible to predict the time (except in extremely common illnesses, with a very well defined course) of treatment. We will however, be able to give you an approximate average, based on past cases experience.
